Outlines a recent Supreme Court Ruling which affects employer liability for supervision harassment, pointing to the need for them to have clear anti-discrimination policies in place and training to enforce this. Covers the need for new procedures in the world of finance in relation to sexual harassment. Looks at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's standards in relation to liability and sexual harassment. Covers the evidence which is required in discrimination cases together with new examples of the reporting of any observed. Discusses protection tools for employers and provides ten tips to fight discrimination.
