Abstract
An increasing amount of people are discovering the value of a muscular, fit body for themselves. Hundreds of thousands flock to gyms to be visually body-polished (to build up their bodies) by an exhausting workout and respective diet. But often not only the eating habits heat up. In order to increase their metabolisms, various athletes consume fat burner, creatine and other dietary supplements. Many develop a misuse mentality that marks the entry point into a vicious circle of doping.
