Abstract

The measured point-contact spectra (directly proportional tothe electron-quasi particle interaction function) ofthe heterocontact between oriented hexagonal singlecrystal of ferromagnetic NdNi5 and Cu in ballistic and thermal regimeare presented above and below TC.At TC = 7 K maxima observed at characteristic energies around 1.5and 4 meV are of crystal field (CEF) origin. Below TC the splittingof CEF levels by the exchange field is observed. This splitting isconsistent with CEF and exchange parameters previously determined.
