Abstract
This article reports experimental data for a flooding-type cryoadsorption pump cooled with liquid nitrogen. The evacuating elements having cryosorbing carbon cloth of the trademark KUT-M are placed between substrates made of perforated aluminum sheet. The technical characteristics of the pump are determined experimentally.
