Abstract
An information-analytical study of metallization technology for aluminum nitride ceramic is performed. Developmentwork on thin- and thick-film technologies for metallization of AlN ceramic is being widely conducted in domestic and foreign enterprises. Various articles for electronic technology have been developed using metalized AlN articles.
