Abstract

Data on shape isomer yield for α + ²³⁵U reaction at $E_alpha ^{rm lab} =,,$ 20-29 MeV are analysed in the framework of a combined dynamical-statistical model. From this analysis, information on the double humped fission barrier parameters for some Pu isotopes has been obtained and it is shown that the depth of the second potential well should be less than the results of statistical model calculations.
