Abstract
A statistical procedure is proposed for selecting UHF components to provide invariance in performance in the presence of spread in the active-component characteristics. The threshold consumption current for diodes is determined in order to reject potentially unreliable items by means of a method of estimating the tolerances on the monitored parameters of military electronic components.
