Brief introduction

Asia is entering the 21st century as an economic superpower and is inevitably also becoming a political superpower. This evolution is the subject of Current Politics and Economics of South, Southeastern, and Central Asia. This scholarly periodical includes in its scope the entire spectrum of contemporary politics and economics of Asia.
