Abstract

The research aimed to examine the relationship between principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction, and teachers morale at Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua – Indonesia. The research samples included 94 teachers at Christians Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua, Indonesia. Questionairres were the main tool of data collecting. The data were given quantitative treatment. In order to have an accurate result of data analysis, the researchers using the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPPS) version 16 for Windows. Based on the data analysis, the research revealed that: there was a significant relationship between principals’ transformational leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction at Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua - Indonesia; there was a significant relationship between principals’ transformational leadership and teachers’ morale at Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua - Indonesia; and there was a significant relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction and teachers’ morale at Christian Primary Schools in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua – Indonesia.
