Abstract
Excess molar volumes V m of the ternary mixture { x 1 CH 3 (CH 2 ) 3 OH+ x 2 CH 3 (CH 2 ) 4 CH 3 + (1- x 1 - x 2 )CH 3 (CH 2 ) 3 NH 2 } at the temperatures 298.15 K and 313.15 K, and the binary mixtures { x CH 3 (CH 2 ) 3 OH + (1- x )CH 3 (CH 2 ) 3 NH 2 }, { x CH 3 (CH 2 ) 4 CH 3 + (1- x )CH 3 (CH 2 ) 3 NH 2 } at T = 313.15 K have been determined from density measurements. Excess molar volumes were fitted by the Redlich-Kister equation and Cibulka's equation for binary and ternary mixtures respectively.
