Abstract

We have measured the Hall resistivity, ρxy, and the longitudinal resistivity, ρxx, in superconducting MgB2 thin films in a mixed-state while changing the magnetic field and the current density. A Hall scaling behavior without the anomalous Hall effect was observed with a exponent β of 2.0±0.1 in ρxy=Aρβxx. This exponent is observed to be constant, i.e., independent of magnetic field, temperature, and current density.
