Abstract
This session examines how to balance financial gain and positive results against the need to avoid counterproductive and unethical behavior. The session presents recent cases and examples, including for-profit sale of gift annuities, computer-generated gift projections and illustrations, unlicensed practice of law, and independent appraisals.
