Abstract
The Authors describe briefly the role of the vascular surgeon in the field of orthopaedic oncology surgery, emphasizing aspects of cooperation in the study, planning and surgical treatment. The experience of this active collaboration allows to outline the phases of the reconstruction treatment of the vascular axes after resection of muscleosteo-articular malignancies.
