Abstract
A carbonized porous silicon Fabry–Perot film acts as an electrically addressable, label‐free optical biosensor that allows simultaneous separation, capture, and detection of charged proteins within a volume of 5 nL. Electroadsorption of protein within the 40 nm diameter pores is induced by an applied bias and the process is monitored in real‐time by optical interferometry.
