Abstract

This very short text recounts my experience of translating Henri Meschonnic's essays, which combine the trials of poetry and the tribulations of texts in the humanities. I explain the reasons why I chose to translate Éthique et politique du traduire (2007) and touch on the relation between reading habits and the perception of fluency.
